- Aldar (Abu Dhabi): Identify commercial opportunities in terms of partnership packages for Aldar properties (Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Theme Park, golf course, hotel, residential, schools, …). Design, communication and commercialization. Aldar signed a five-year agreement with Pepsi for the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi theme park and more deals are on the way.
- Andalucia Sports Bureau (Spain): Events plan and innovative sponsorship platforms as a tourism promotional tool (NYC Marathon, Sony Ericsson Miami Open, Soccerex, ...)
- Beijing Tourism Administration (China): Analysis of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games from a tourism standpoint (image, positioning, economic impact, ...). Comparison before, during and after the Olympic Games. Created sponsorship platforms with the LA Lakers and the James Beard Foundation to promote Beijing in the U.S.
- Bermuda Department of Tourism (Bermuda): Major Events strategy, including securing sport events in Golf (Grand Slam), Beach Volleyball, Triathlon (Escape to Bermuda)
- Chengdu Sports Bureau (China): Developed events plan and secured the first ATP Champions Tour event ever held in China (2009 and 2010).
- City of Huntington Beach (USA): Events strategy, identifying new sport and lifestyle events to enhance economic growth, image and decreasing seasonality.
- Failte Ireland (Ireland): Golf tourism plan and major events strategy that helped to leverage the 2006 Ryder Cup investment and Ireland´s bid for the 2011 Solheim Cup.
- Hellenic Olympic Properties (Greece): Concept plan for conversion of Markopoulos Cross Country Equestrian Venue (former equestrian Olympic venue in Athens 2004) to a Golf and Recreational facility.
- Ireo (India): Conceptualization of innovative attractions to help to increase the value of a real estate development as well as differentiate from the competitors.
- Madrid Promoción (Spain): Conceptualization and activation of a sponsorship platform with Georgetown University male basketball team as a platform to promote Madrid as a tourism destination in the USA.
- Roads and Transport Authority RTA (Dubai, UAE): Conceptualization, valuation, communication and commercialization of naming rights partnership packages for several RTA Metro Stations. We helped the client raise USD 250 million.
- Singapore Flyer (Singapore): Conceptualization of partnership packages for Singapore Flyer assets (tangible and intangible) to generate revenues and reduce costs.
